alright Fairgrounds Long Route: Behind Mill, Around Side, Through Lot To Tree, Out Through Ticket Booth 2 mi 00:27 13:17 pace

After resting from 3 miles, went out for 2 more miles on C25K w4. Felt a little better, but couldn't totally finish the second 2 or 5; leg muscles too tired. Running in the rain is always amazing. http://j.mp/LACj9V.
