I hate slap feet. Makes my toes hurt. :P And I was fighting it today! I suppose having enormous feet doesn't help. lol!! (My sz 12's are SO annoying!)

I gotta add, transitioning from a heel strike to a whole/mid foot strike has mostly made the slap feet thing go away. It's just bad energy days like today I lose my focus. ;)

A slow run to get back into the swing after not running in a week. Brisk walks the last few days warmed up my legs for today. http://runmeter.com/4a4701924f8a798b/Run-20130516-1200?r=d.

I decided C25k was too much for me. Only other method I've tried (besides going all out and regretting it!) is the Galloway. Not sure if that counts as interval training or not? :-/ Gotta do what your gut says. I know there's quite a few things to try out there!

Yeah, I definitely love the individualized attention, even if it's unofficial. Interestingly enough, I've read that a less-flexible runner is a faster runner (think about tight rubber-bands being more strongly elastic)... I never thought of it that way. I guess it's not so bad I could never touch my toes! ;)
