    Legs felt very good. First run or anything in 11 days. Went to visit my parents and help them with their house after the fire. Felt good to be back at it!

    Best 20 I've done on the mtb. Learned I have my saddle set to far back. By slidding forward in the saddle two or three inches I have much more power and it puts less stress on my knees.

  14. Can't wait to get a road bike soon!!! Looking at a Cannondale CAAD9 5, Specialized Allez Comp or Trek 2.3. If anyone reads this what do you think.

    After doing some reading I moved my cleats to give me a wider stance on the bike. That seemed to help alot. No knee pain.
