    Very conservative run and I enjoyed it very much. I will do this race again next year for sure. First time running with somebody a lot of the race and that helped make it go by so much faster.

    Walked it due to batting a kidney issue and being on antibiotics. Starting my taper. Skipped my 2nd run during the week due to the kidney issue as well. Better to rest and heal.

    Very hot, very crowded. I'm surprised my pace was as good as it was. .15 extra due to all the weaving.
