    No watch, so no exact time, but this run was brutal. My legs were sore from the week and it was so freakin' hot out there. Really looking forward to my rest day tomorrow.

    Probably the best I've felt in a swim during a triathlon. Was 8 out of 24 out of the water in my age division. That's HUGE for me since I'm usually closer to the bottom.

      These kind of intervals are the ONLY way to deal with the trainer. I can now handle many hours on the trainer, as long as I have clear power targets, etc.
