i know it's plantar fasciitis, but i prefer to give my new injury a face i can hate. so the pain in my foot will remain a fascist regime that i will do battle against. actually, it doesn't appear that bad yet, but i still had to take 3 days off and do some deep tissue to feel comfortable to get back at it today. hopefully a longer run tomorrow.

thanks frank. actually, it feels fine when i'm running. it's mostly in the morning when my feet hit the floor after resting that it hurts the most. but thanks.

Dan, take great care. This has been my misery. Were it not for Boston, I would suggest 2 weeks off immediately (among other things) so in light of the need to keep running, be cautious, focus on the long term and inject x
