that was an amazing run with jeff that lifted my spirits immeasurably. there's no doubt that we were at conversational pace since the conversation filled a hole that was about 5 months overdue. we covered some significant hills on this route in and out of the river valley crossing east then west, north and south of the kinsman. everything feels great. one more 20 miler before beantown in five weeks.

    why do i keep missing messages on this thing? keyko's are golden and i missed these last two messages. did i ever tell you guys how uncomfortable i am in a lu lu lemon? like really, really uncomfortable. though from the sounds of it, the running skirt would make things aaaaall better again.
