      noah rankel is doing frank mac. he probably beat you guys the other day ; ) so far nathaniel's races have just been with his school, but he's got 3 races coming up in september/october with other schools. you're right, getting him on the elite circuit would be great.

      There are other times to run? I was out at 5am this morning and it was something like 17 out there already. It just doesn't feel right to have the heat without the light.

      looks good from here. I am feeling the reality of 3 boys in football right now and trying to keep up to everything (laundry constantly with extra football gear, extra food for these never ending appetites) leaving little "me"time...and school and my job hasn't even begun. Yikes!!!!
