      nope. he wanted me doing this run a day earlier, but i couldn't fit it into my schedule. his suggestion is that while unbelievably painful, once that disc straightens out, there's nothing pressing on the nerve and if that's the case, take it nice and easy and give it a go.

      Dr. Kevin Maloney 459-8183 in St. Albert he is a chiro but he has literally changed people's lives that I train. A fresh perspective always helps. Any of the dr's there are excellent though. You can usually get in within the day or two.
