    Run number 3. Started slower today and it helped. Plus it wasn't as hot. Felt pretty good.

    First Saturday group run since February. I picked a nice warm (hot) morning to start back. Wasn't much of a run but enjoyed seeing everyone and some nice conversation. No problem with the knee.
