    Week 1 Day 1 of Bridge to 10K complete. 4 10/1 run/walk intervals. Some of the walk intervals were a little longer to get my heart rate back down. I am okay with that. :)

    I used a 3lb and a 2lb weight in each hand (making do until I actually buy 5 lb weights!) and man do I feel the it in my arms!

    Great, even though both boys were up and underfoot. :) I was able to get the videos to play on my phone, so that I was able to be more out of the way.

    A nice walk with a friend, pushing the little boy (and sometimes the big boy too) in the stroller. We were tired by the end, but what a beautiful day!!

      Timing.... The sidewalks are murder... So I just need to find the right time so that the traffic isn't too heavy. Right now would be great, but my husband works early in the mornings during the summer, so that's out. :)
      I am hoping tonight! Orrrrrrrr..... maybe I can just brainstorm a different route that is not the one right outside my door, and not right through town.
