Maybe the hour of extra sleep did me some good...I ignored my alarm for a good hour and resigned myself to not running this morning, but then I went downstairs and saw someone running outside and thought I should be doing that too. So, I laced up the shoes and did a short and quick run to get the blood flowing. Felt really good.


Listen to the body. Sleep is needed and so are rest days.
