I took it slow and easy, but lots of little aches and pains. Some days you just feel old, KWIM? Finished 100 miles for December. Still need 3.1 for 800 for the year.

On the bottom side and right under the ball of my feet. It's like they are hitting the ground wrong or too hard. The pain stops the minute I stop running and they don't feel bruised when I push on them. Only on my right foot...

I hope you get it figured out! I have been having problems with the tips of my toes hitting the front of my sneaker while running . . . . just started and in shoes I have been running in for a while.
