    It was 80 degrees and sunny, not at all what my body is used to. Felt ok during, awful after, but I got it done!

      ugh 80 degree?! HOT, I had a perfect 40 degrees for my run..is that bragging? :) nice job on your run in the heat, I think I would have wilted.
