    Four mile run to start the week. Got it in early this morning prior to our 21st Annual W Club Golf Tournament, which starts at 10 am.

    Four-mile run on the final day of #CoSIDA13 with Jeremy Rosenthal. Splits were: 7:48, 7:52, 8:02, 7:12, 7:05. Now off to community service project.

    Got in a quick four mile run after traveling in from STL. Wanted to get outside, but rain was falling down at a good pace.

    Got in a 30-minute lift and then a 3.33 mile run around the WASHU and Fontbonne campus. Splits were: 8:06, 7:52, 7:42, 7:09. Off to Florida!

    Three mile run downtown in Broken Bow, Nebraska. Splits were 7:32, 7:31, 7:22, 7:22. Very consistent run to start weekend!

    Broke up the afternoon with a run around Fontbonne and WASHU. Splits were: 8:12, 7:53, 7:18. 7:52. Will be taking off Friday to drive to Nebraska.

    Got in a 45-minute lift at hour high school gym and then ran 3.25 miles (52 laps) around the indoor track.

    3.55 mile run around the neighborhood while the in-laws were at church. Splits were: 8:00, 8:07, 7:55, 8:07. Most consistent run of the year.

    Four-mile run into Forest Park. Was not pretty as did not eat prior to running as run was delayed an hour. Splits were: 7:51, 8:16, 7:59, 8:42, 8:33.

    One of the better runs I have had this entire year. Splits were: 7:40, 7:47, 8:05, 7:22, 7:11. I am most proud of the how I finished the final two miles.
