    2x1600m at 6:35 and 6:24. Awesome morning for a workout, great temps, good friends--Jamie, Michael, and Dave. Feeling Good with less than two weeks to go to Bolder Boulder.

    Great night--running with Michael, Jamie, and Taylor the adidas rep. Jamie was pushing the pace so portions were under 5 min/km. I little breeze kept the heat from building.

    Short speed work 6x300m at 55-60s with full recovery between. Mike, Takara, and Jamie all got some speed in this morning with me.

  10. Felt a bit of the DOMS trying to get to sleep last night. Eventually caught some good zzz.. but wasn't up to a run this morning. Perhaps too many hard workouts in a short period of time.

      True story. Think it was more mental exhaustion than physical but obviously those are coupled. Rest and look forward to my track work with friends tomorrow. I had 4 challenging runs in 5 days.

      Dang, sounds like I might be the slowest person. At least until Takara starts to add those baby pounds. That's it--I'm outta here. Gonna to go Salt Lake where I might find some slower runners I can keep up with. :-)

      Without the Marathon recovery you'd have been able to stay with us last night. I know a couple people who run down there. I'm sure they'll have larger running groups.

    felt great to get on the track. first two felt hard then found more strength

    one lap of walk jog and stop for a drink of water between.
    about 6:40 mile pace

    Coolish night. Even snowed a little at the end. Was shooting for 7:50-8:00 with Jamie M. Had the speed demons ahead of us so ended up much closer to 7:30's not counting the stops.
