    1 mile warm up, then pyramid intervals: 400. 600, 800, 1200, 800, 600, 400 with 400 RI.Paces were- 8:15, 8:03, 8:24, 8:16, 8:22, 8:34, 8:15. Not too bad the day after a 10 mile long run:)

    Spin class today, took it easy, legs were really sore and heavy, so I skipped any lower body weights too and kept resistance low on the bike. It was good to move my blood around though.
