    Few miles post-call shift. Working a lot and not a lot of time for workouts this week.

    A break in the rain and some warmer temps= the day to do my "long" run. Last mileage before my half in 9 days. 8:1 run/walk intervals, felt good, comfortable.

    Finally dry feet for a whole run! Cold, temps in the 30's with a windchill but I'll take that over more rain anyday! Slow pace, third running day in a row.

    Did this loop backwards in avoid running into the wind. Wind was light, 5-7 mph, but cold, snowed a little on an off. Feels so early to be running in snow already!

    First snowy run this fall! Ramping mileage up again briefly for a half marathon in a month. This felt easy and comfortable and I didn't even mind the snow. Wind about 10 mph so there was a win... read more

    Forgot to reset my walk breaks after the race Saturday, so did 30 second walks for this. Super-windy, 18-20 mph gusts. Ran straight into the wind for a couple miles of this.
