Physical therapy continues to go well. I have it 3x this week and I was a little sore this morning, as a follow-up to yesterday's session. In fact, my right hamstring (healthy) was more sore than my left hamstring (injured). I really feel like we are making progress and one of the therapists wanted to see how I felt during a run. I wanted to give my legs a chance to loosen up, so I decided to run after work. The legs felt fine during the run, but I could tell I'm no longer in running shape. Another PT session tomorrow and one more on Friday probably with some elliptical work in between.

    It's great to hear things are progressing well. I'm sure the running fitness will be back pretty soon after you can resume full-time training. Maybe a little weights while you are off will help you keep your edge?

    I actually thought about the weight topic during my run. I'm going to ask the therapists tomorrow to get their thoughts. I just don't want to do anything that will prolong the recovery. Glad to hear things may be on the upside for your running.
