Physical therapy continues to go well. I have it 3x this week and I was a little sore this morning, as a follow-up to yesterday's session. In fact, my right hamstring (healthy) was more sore than my left hamstring (injured). I really feel like we are m... read more

It's great to hear things are progressing well. I'm sure the running fitness will be back pretty soon after you can resume full-time training. Maybe a little weights while you are off will help you keep your edge?

I actually thought about the weight topic during my run. I'm going to ask the therapists tomorrow to get their thoughts. I just don't want to do anything that will prolong the recovery. Glad to hear things may be on the upside for your running.

Put in two miles on the TM to help loosen the legs from yesterday's PT session. We focused on the back, stomach and hamstrings and all three were very sore today. I'm surprised because it didn't seem like we did much during the session. Next session is... read more
