  2. So I didn't do the weight class yesterday because I went to see Harry Potter! Yeah! Bummed about the class, but happy about the movie. :) Today - run 3.5 and do some weight training.

    Went ok. Couldn't wait for it to be over. I really wanted to run outside today, but was unable to. Tommorrow is my weight class. I'm looking forward to that.

    Went ok. Felt like I worked pretty hard, but aftwards I didn't have the sore factor I had last time. I have a hard time with lunges and squats...

    Went ok. Ran hard, but slow...I'm proud that I didn't walk at all! Ran the whole 3. :)

    What a fantastic workout! Nothing but weights; my whole body felt like spaghetti afterwards. Very sore the following day! :)
