      Pilates is the best! And not just saying that because I'm training to teach it. It really, really works. You'll find your alignment and core strength will really help your running. Good for you--not many men are brave enough to try it.

    Great 30 miles on the trainer today. Thought I was going to come off the trainer and into the wall. Ha! Really strong ride and worked on maintaining consistent cadence.

      Awesome swim!! Enjoy your back to backs, I get to be a taper slacker this weekend. It's amazing how much time I have on my hands, my house is free of dust bunnies and my laundry is caught up....lol!
