    Great run this morning after the swim. Felt good and had pace splits of 7:37 to 10:22 (uphill).

    Good run today on some trails. Altitude was a factor. Yeah, I know what should I expect coming from Kansas.13 mile run tomorrow in snow and 34 degrees. It was 61 today.Here we go...

    Great swim this morning. Completed all drills and felt much more confident. The hour went fast and I didn't really want to stop but work schedule kinda rules that.Have a great weekend!
