Banged this swim out, nice short set, over before I knew it. felt great... looking forward to a run.

Nice, up and out early morning, found a cool trail... longer aerobars were a great move, felt waaaay more comfortable.

That is unreal though!!! They say, not sure if its true, but a sign of a good work out is when you feel like you feel right now :( Hang in there, but all I have to say is that you are "BAD ASS" with your results.. keep it up!
