      That is unreal though!!! They say, not sure if its true, but a sign of a good work out is when you feel like you feel right now :( Hang in there, but all I have to say is that you are "BAD ASS" with your results.. keep it up!

      yeah.. I take W&OD from Reston to Vienna... still have to cross over streets! I think I am going to just have to haul my tail out to Skyline drive! Thanks Stu!
