      Very nice job, Matty! You beat me! Glad your training worked out well for you. That's not a bad pace... we did similar miles but they vacillated due to the water breaks.

      When you post a run, you have an option to select "yesterday" if it was yesterday. I don't know how to go earlier than that. I'm sorry you're sick!

      The interesting (and also bizarre) thing about my colds is that they don't usually taper off. I usually wake up one day and poof, it is 90% gone. This is what happened this morning.
