    Did Week 4 of Podrunner couch to 5k. Went really well. I tired towards the end due to it being a little more uphill but overall a great run.

  6. Feeling pretty good. Lost 5 pounds this weekend running and working out. Slowly but surely getting back into shape....Excited to try the podrunner 5k training
