Struggled during a few of these- instead of pounding water I had a blt and gnocci at 2pm with Steph C. (then a cookie at 5). Splits are a bit all over the place but I'm happy with all but one of them. Core at the end.


oooo gnocci, a cookie, and speedy hill repeats makes me tear up just picturing it... it reminds of one Michael Scott boycotting water and carb loading on fettucine alfredo before the office 5k.
