Matt did a core fitness workout for 20 mins goodPlanks. lots of planks. – 00:20
After the run we did 20 mins of horrible, horrible core work. Planks, crunches,pushups,more planks, some other thing that really hurt and oh yeah- more planks. I got home and at a pastry the size of my foot to compensate.
