    alright Tuesday Night Speed 6 mi

    Mile repeats- did 2 of 4 because of a hamstring flare up. I think they were 6:37 and 7:00. Slow jog for the other 2 miles. Looks like I'll be 1 mile short for 100 in a month.

      Nice job. better to be safe than sorry with the hamstrings, but know cutting back is tough.

    great 5th Ave Mile 1.02 mi 00:05:32 05:26 pace

    I ran as fast as I could down 5th Ave. Splits were exactly the same- 2:46. 67.% AG- highest by 7.1 points. Only two more NYRR races to go!

    Out and back to the end of Vanderbilt. Averaged 7:15 until the last .45 for cool down. Feeling good after yesterday- need to up my mileage with less than 60 to Philly!

    Major punishment for a week of slacking. 50/50 tempo in the park first 3 miles avg 7:25 last 3 avg of 6:45. Really beat after this one. Core work wasn't pleasant either.
