My original plan was to do a 50 mile ride this morning but I couldn't find any takers to join me so met with with Lisa D. for a nice Saturday morning brick. She wanted to meet around 7 and we talked about riding an hour and running an hour. Knowing I wanted to get more miles in I decided I would start a little earlier and then do a ride/run/ride. Got 10.12 miles in before I met Lisa, then we were going to get about 15 miles in, a little over mile 10 I ran over something and punctured my front tire and tube... Lisa rode the 3 miles back to get my car and came and picked me up. We drove back to her car and took off on our run. Due to the blown tire I didn't get nearly the miles in on the bike I wanted but oh well, was still a great work out with an even better friend.


I would've ridden a 50 miler with you Matt :-) Still some great work on the ride! Bummer on the flat though :-(
