    I've been sick with chest congestion and a cough for awhile now...was feeling a little better, tried a run. went ok, but it was a forced run. Legs were sore, but I got some good stuff out of my lungs. So hopefully that will help. Gorgeous day

    Legs were like lead today but I still pounded out a decent 10 miler. Rest 2 days probably, and a protien shake for b-fast!

    Quads still a little sore from the half, hoping this recovery run will stimulate the blood flow and heal em up. Hoping to do a 13 miler this weekend
