    First run in FL...much flatter than Nashville which is nice, but holy crap is it humid.

    This was just a poor decision all the way around. Tired, dehydrated, didn't plan a route and ended up in hill hell. After about 3 miles it turned into a run/walk affair.

      Started at my place in sylvan park, the hills were bad somewhere around/behind/near elmington park...wasn't too concerned with remembering where at the time :)

      I just wanted to know so I could stay away! I run Warner when I want to run hills, the rest of the time I'm on the flats.

    Needed to make up for a terrible run on Thursday, and felt pretty happy with the result. Unfortunately I had to stop for a bit at the 5 mile mark due to a downpour.
