      Laying low until Wednesday. This walk around the block with my wife wore me out!

      Then I run for fun all summer long and am mixing twice weekly strength training.

      not sure, i'd take some time to rest :) Maybe change things up a bit when you are rested with some interval training or circuits or something?

    I finished! I bonked, but I finished. And walked the last several miles. HR/blood pressure (I assume) was way out of whack. Someone broke the 10% rule!

      Good job finishing despite your body throwing a fit! I had a tough day too, but finished and am glad. Feels good to stop after over 7 hours on that crazy trail!

      Oh yeah. I'm doing this next year. I'm going to do it in 3:15 or less too. And then in 2015 I'm going to do the 50k like Greg P!

      I'd like to find a couple 5K and 10K trail runs around Central MN this summer, or do some unsanctioned racing with area trail runners.

    Earth Day 5k in St. Cloud. First run since loosing my toenail. No problem.

      It's plenty painful. Get to take the bandages off today and examine the results. Then re-bandage until healed.
