RUN
good Kilimanjaro Rd. 5.5 mi 00:55 09:57 pace
7x hill repeats. Rested a bit more than before in the gaps, but felt pretty good on the hills! Met up with Petro at our driveway, then sprinted with him to Uhuru Hostel. The brother is *fast*.

RUN
good Lema Rd. 3 mi 00:25 08:20 pace
Pushed the "stop" button at the beginning, d'oh, so 25 minutes is my best guess.

good Kilimanjaro Rd. 5 mi 00:49 09:50 pace
6 hill repeats, with a mile jog on either end. Those hills are murder, but I do find I'm recovering faster in between. Hope.

alright Lema Rd. / K.C.M.C. / Sokoine... 6 mi 00:55 09:09 pace
Not pacing myself so well, I think. But, saw (and almost squished -- yikes!) 2 chameleons along the way!

RUN
good Lema Rd. 4 mi 00:34 08:32 pace
Fartlek. Totally different than long runs. Felt like I wanted to puke at the end; I think that's a good sign.

RUN
good Lema Rd. 3 mi 00:23 07:47 pace
Tried to untangle a goat from a fence on the walk back home. Poor fella.

RUN
good Sokoine Rd. / K.C.M.C. / Lema... 5 mi 00:41 08:11 pace
Tempo run, got a great workout running up the hill, then kept pushing hard until the last 5 minutes. Fun to imagine my capacity growing!

Going to take this next week off: one wound from Thursday not looking so great; taking antibiotics and expecting rest will help.

I hate it when I do that!
