Wanted to get in some easy miles. Haven't been feeling very good lately and I think I'm getting sick. Right before my trip to California for Mount Diablo too. :-(
I'm not sure Charlie was feeling it today because just after mile 2 she became the cutest 35 pound little parachute and no matter how much I cheered her on, she wasn't into it. Guess I got some resistance training in today!
