YWCA Benefit 5k - got off the path and ran a 6k. foot held up really well but conditioning was not there, glad i didn't do the duathlon. needed to do this race to keep my goal going. now time to concentrate on half marathon in late April. and of course the conditions were rediculous about 31 degrees with a 25mph wind, not sure i know how to run in anything else.
