    left shoulder really hurts after swim

    always feels great to finish a gruesome run, the wind was killer and it was way colder than i prepared for but my pace outdoors just running without a treadmill is much better than i thought!

    rode around overholser and hefner lakes!
    great ride, its fun to go such far distances while exercising
