    The right leg is giving me crap (either a hip flexor or groin muscle), so I just took it slow. Worked out well; I felt comfortable for most of the run. Now, time to stretch and roll.

    Good run around Stony Creek's bike path with Paula. Even splits for every loop. This was my first run in my new NB 1400s and they rocked. I think I've found my new road shoes.

    Wanted to do stairs for 30 minutes after the treadmill inclines. Ended up doing an average of 85spm and 160 floors. This was a total sweat-fest and the legs are completely trashed for the day!

      160 floors...holy crap. I think 40-50 is the most I've ever done, and that was hard! Awesome job!!
