Plan was to run anything between 10k and 15k this morning and off I went to the Parque da Cidade. Met office friend Marcelo walking around the park and then suggested the walk-jog routine to introduce him to a little running... :-) Ran a few additional laps around the park and then went to check out the State League Table Tennis competition. First run after Berlin, felt great! Also, first run with the sensor-less iPod Nano! It was off approximately 15% but this was the first workout, uncalibrated. Adjusted total distance after the workout, let's see how it behaves next time.
