      Quando eu treinei para correr 10km nesse ritmo, por semana eu fazia o longão, é claro, na casa dos 15 km, duas corridas de 6 km e dois treinos de intervalo, um curto (3x8x200m) e um médio (2x4x400m). Funcionou muito bem. Completei em 48'10" (4'49"/km).

  17. #dailymission Socks? Definitely yes! Tried several, the ones I like the most are New Balance and Roadrunner. All Coolmax, 0% cotton. Tried some Thorlos but didn't get used to them...
