1 good run after 2 week break. It was run/walk but whatever it took, I reached the 5 mile goal! Sweat therapy is a good thing.

    I agree! Sweat therapy is a good thing! I always feel great after a run...even when I felt "crappy" at the start. lol

    5 miles is great! I haven't run since Saturday....I plan to walk for 30 minutes tomorrow. I am still so sore!
