Tough run. I think my energy level is directly related to dinner the previous night before a 5:15AM run.

Running at the proper speed for my level of fitness seems SO SLOW to my brain! But when I run at a speed I *think* is correct, it's far too fast and I end up gasping for breath. I need to learn to pace myself correctly or run with an oxygen tank!
