Started out with good intentions but after yesterday's root canal... I just took it easy. It was supposed to be a 2 mile running day. Will have to do that tomorrow.

You've had a good week except for the root canal. I hope you feel better soon, Margaret!

Running at the proper speed for my level of fitness seems SO SLOW to my brain! But when I run at a speed I *think* is correct, it's far too fast and I end up gasping for breath. I need to learn to pace myself correctly or run with an oxygen tank!

1 good run after 2 week break. It was run/walk but whatever it took, I reached the 5 mile goal! Sweat therapy is a good thing.
