    great Mother's Day 5k race 3.1 mi 00:33 10:41 pace

    Race was rainy and a bit chilly at the start but it felt really good to be back out there. Very happy with my time and ready to knock more minutes off for my next race :)

    Today completed day 5 of both my abs and squats workouts (rest day for squats).

    They aren't easy but I'm doing them... only 25 days left! ;)

    All uphill the first half... all down hill the second... felt surprisingly good!

    Haven't done intervals on the elliptical in AGES... forgot how much I hate them ;) lol Will help me burn some of this fat and get my stamina back

      Very true... I think I've done the best job of toning and losing fat when I do elliptical workouts regularly... but I hate every one :)

    completed my abs and squats for the day... situps suck... lol

    good would-be 2-miler 2.7 mi

    This was good... I planned on only 2 miles today but felt so good toward the end that I added an extra road and hill to the plan. Ended up going 2.7 and felt good throughout.

    This is the first 5k I've run straight in over a year... crazy. It was slow, but now that I've done it, I know I can keep it up.

    Did 55 squats and my day 1 ab routine (15 full sit ups, 5 crunches, 5 leg lifts, 10 second plank)

    This felt AWESOME today... not sure the difference, but I loved being on this machine today. Can't remember my time, but it was around 32-33 minutes.
