    I went for a quick run this morning, as I heard that is suggested to do after a long run. My legs are very sore but the run seems to help break up the lactic acid.

    The Akron Marathon was good. The weather held out at a nice 60 degrees and NO RAIN! However, the hills were brutal. Rolling hills along the entire course. I was beat!

    Mighty long run outside....ran from Worthington down to the north side of Clintonville and back around. I kept a strong pace that is comparable with my half-marathon pace.

    I am aiming for a 2hr Half-Marathon when I run in the Columbus Half in October. This was a good training run above my normal half-marathon pace.
