Sleepless night and the second day of chest pains led to a bad run. Hoping I can get back on track this week before Medina Half.

I was having having chest pains/arythmia when I was not running - in the middle of the night. I got it checked out - a quick echo cardiogram . But chest pains would really scare me during running! I hope it was just some heat and dehydration. Will you get it checked out?

I actually have a history of heart issues (arrhythmia/chest pains/hole in my heart, etc) and have been cleared to run, I just have to be aware of normal & non-normal feelings. I'd rather cut a run short and play it safe than end up in the hospital!
