    We added a practice night, and it was great. I'm really fatigued, though. In 3 days, swam, ran, took 1 yoga class & played tennis twice. Ok, I get why now. Baby steps.

    it was tough. I'm pretty tight - need to stretch more. Knees & toe hurt a lot, so left early when I couldn't handle the poses. Not sure if yoga is a good fit at this point.
