    well that was an interesting run on 4 hours of home at 1245am from T.Swift...and up at 445am for long run....I have a feeling a nap is in order today!!

    Back to bodypump after 2 months...hoping shoulder is healed and I have no pain....we shall see...I used very little weight...but I think it is the repetitive motion that irritates it.

      How did you injure your shoulder? I injured mine falling foreward in ice skates in April. I am still working on gaining full range of movement but steady improvements keep me motivated.

      When I don't do bodypump it is fine.....otherwise I think it is just the repetitive motion of the sad cause I love this class but the shoulder hurts constantly if I go.....
