    this was a really good walk, just did it while waiting for mom and russ to finish their stuff. incline of 5 throughout the walk

    first time trying the "interval" program on the elliptical, i really liked it!

    this was my post elliptical workout, so i did it nice and slow and upped the resistance as a challenge but I meant it more for strength than speed.

    First "run" in a while. A lot of power walking and then some running intervals. Gotta ease back into it!

    first workout in a LONG time but I really tried to push myself. I chose the interval setting and that was pretty tough so I'm proud I stuck with it.
