not too hard, wanted to go longer but ran out of time.

Did weight circuit first, then rode. I've got to get back into my routine, now that Spring Break is over hopefully that will happen!

Cleats came loose, and I fell on the pavement! Luckily some passing riders had a tool kit to fix it.
