    83 degrees at 5 p.m. Hard to complain. This is the weather I was hoping for in Omaha. Hope it lasts!

    Best run yet. Didn't time it, but I'm guessing I was running somewhere between a turtle's pace and a snail's pace. Only stopped once for a very short walk break. Making progress!

    Another run walk today. I think I ran about 3 miles total. Despite the thermometer reading in the low 80s this morning, the humidity made it feel brutally hot and sticky.
