We're going to have to put down our 14-year-old cat tomorrow morning. So my husband asks me, "Can we go for a run afterward? I'm gonna need it..." awww poor hubby. This was his cat. Now we're just left with my little bitchy spitfire female cat. The old guy had a good run though, 14 years is a long time for a cat! But it's always the friendliest ones that go first, I find. Oh well.

    Such a difficult and sad time, I’ve been through it too many. I would encourage him being there with the little guy all the way to the end providing love and comfort. <3

    Poor guy ! We have the opposite problem, a older female Cleo who is no problems whatsoever, and a drive us crazy 2yr old black male Midnight who if he wasn't neutered already, would be very tempting to neuter by boot many times over !

    If we measured him by human standards, he'd be a UFC fighter or something - he weighs a ton but its all solid muscle ! And our Cleo was rescued from the side of the highway by my wife years ago, she was just skin and bones literally and maybe 2 months old, so she is our petite little lady, loves us to pieces cuz we literally saved her life !
