Post-Turkey Neighborhood Tromping 3.95 mi

I left the house with a headache & coffee-induced jitters, and somewhere along the way I lost them both! Beautiful sunny 60-degree day (GLOAT GLOAT GLOAT!) and the frisbee golfers are out in full force. I had to fartlek along the park to avoid death-by-frisbee. I can't believe they still tolerate my endless tromping through their playground. Nice dudes :)

Be advised, some frisbee golfers are intrigued by moving targets. :)

Hey Kent, it's a pretty new sport, and someday I plan on playing it (when I get around to shelling out for a set of weighted frisbees) It looks really fun!! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frisbee_golf The city organized a course in my park just this past spring, and it's been a very tricky place to run ever since. I honestly run between about 4 different "holes" (errr baskets?) on my usual route... never a dull moment! :)

I've been a disc golfer since 1996, enjoying courses around Florida, Georgia and Arkansas. I've lost and found more discs than I currently have, in a beat up bag with a drink holder that smells of beer and marijuana. Fond, fond memories. I should get out there again! Oh yeah, GREAT RUN!
