How could I NOT run fast after watching the amazing women of the NYC marathon this morning!? I kicked it into gear the moment I turned off the TV - not my fastest, but doin ok. I've got to get back under 9 minutes, dude!! I'll blame the scattered rocks along Independence St trying to chew through my skin, lol. RAN like a DOG and FELT my HEART grow BIGGER! 40 degrees + barefoot
