    I haven't done planks in almost a month! Kinda rusty, but I'll get up to 3 minutes and beyond yet!

      Finding a solid trail running group really helps. I was up on Green Mountain last week, and knowing that if I fell and hurt myself someone would come back to check on me made me feel pretty secure. Also you learn a lot about trail running with veterans about how fly down downhills, how to manage hills, gear talk, etc. I've had to check my ego, though. Because trail running can be very slow on rough terrain.

    I'm getting much better. I feel like a real cool dude skating around the neighborhood. Turning is getting easier! Also found a nice gentle slope that gives me some speed :)

    I am sore all over from trail running. My back especially, which was working hard to keep me upright on Sunday while tearing down mountains. It's a different kind of sore than the sitting kind.
