    Run went great, I tied to hit it hard and I felt fast today. Ended good..Still waiting on final results

    Super windy on the bike portion today...I still tried to hit it hard, a little cramping in the calves but overall it went good.

    Still not a fast swimmer :-) ..but im getting better. Jelly fish everywhere this morning, this added to my fear of open water swimming for sure.
